nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated US Accounting resource to join our finance team. Looking for 4+ years of accounting experience who are eager to grow their career in finance. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations, assist with financial reporting, and ensure accurate record-keeping in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

nRole & Responsibilities

- Generate and send invoices to customers accurately and promptlyn
- Close payment batches and reconcile transactionsn
- Manage designated customer accounts and maintain account recordsn
- Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries, payment statuses, and discrepanciesn
- Collect payments and follow up on overdue accountsn
- Identify, investigate,



and resolve invoicing and payment issuesn
- Collaborate with team members to improve invoicing and payment processesn
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of transactions and customer interactionsn

nQualifications
n
- n
- 4+ years of experience in accounting working in a SAAS - recurring revenue billing, or finance roles preferredn
- Experience in medical billing, revenue cycle management, practice management would be a plusn
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsn
- Ability to work independently and collaborativelyn
- Familiarity with accounting software Quickbooks and accounting principlesn
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficientlyn
