About the RolenWe are looking for a Junior Architect / Interior Designer to join our growing design team.
nThe ideal candidate should have a strong interest in residential design, good design sensibility, attention to detail, and the ability to translate concepts into well-resolved drawings and presentations.

Key Responsibilitiesn
- n
- Assist in developing concepts, layouts, mood boards and design presentations n
- Prepare detailed working drawings and construction drawings n
- Develop furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, elevations and detailed drawings n
- Coordinate with senior architects, designers, consultants and vendors n




- Assist with material selections, specifications and BOQs n
- Coordinate design requirements with the site/execution team n
- Attend site visits and assist with resolving design and technical issues n
- Prepare presentations and client-facing design material n
- Ensure drawings and design documentation are accurate and up to date n
- Assist in maintaining project timelines and coordinating deliverables n

Skills Requiredn
- n
- Strong understanding of architecture and interior design fundamentals n
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD n
- Proficiency in SketchUp / 3D software is preferredn
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator is an advantagen
- Positive understanding of materials, furniture, finishes and detailingn
- Strong visualisation and presentation skillsn
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precisionn
