About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with 6+ years of project management experience and 14+ years of overall experience in BFSI domain. The ideal candidate will independently manage one or more projects end to end including interfacing clients in a geographically distributed setting

- Accountable for planning, orchestrating, and delivering strategic initiatives including operational, and IT deliverables.
- Ensures end results are of the highest caliber with a clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business benefit.
- Manages medium to large-scale projects often involving multiple internal and external stakeholders with geographically distributed team
- Directly manages all aspects of the project life cycle and oversees all phases of a project.
- Oversee the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope




- Provide direction and support to project teams ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
- Defines and tracks project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan.
- Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Defines project governance, create and present project report to leadership
- Partners with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to track Agile development milestones and support Agile practices as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
