Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Zonal Manager – South India to drive business growth and manage sales operations across the entire South India region for our Generic & OTC Division.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business growth across the entire South India region.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Manage, lead, and motivate the sales team across the South zone.
- Expand market presence by developing new territories, distributors, stockists, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, stockists, retailers, and key customers.
- Monitor sales performance, product movement, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure effective distribution and product availability across the assigned region.




- Conduct regular market visits and review territory-wise/team-wise performance.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and provide regular updates to management.
- Drive product launches, promotional activities, and brand-building initiatives for the Generic & OTC portfolio.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Production for smooth business operations.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline;
B.Pharm/MBA – Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical Generic/OTC segment.
- Robust experience in handling large territories and sales teams.
- Positive knowledge of South Indian pharmaceutical markets.
- Solid distributor/stockist network across South India will be an advantage.
