Clients benefit from a single-window monitoring platform that provides real-time tracking of their overall wealth, including investments managed by other service providers. Services span investment products (mutual funds, stocks, bonds, sovereign gold bonds, PMS, alternate investment funds), protection solutions (life, health, property, fire, motor insurance), financing options (home, personal, and loan against property), and estate planning support through will writing for smooth asset distribution. Role Description This is a full time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.



The role involves interacting with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial needs, conducting structured interviews to gather relevant information, and supporting the CFP in aligning solutions with client goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer queries, providing courteous and timely service, coordinating client onboarding and documentation, and maintaining accurate records in the firm’s monitoring platform. The role also includes assisting in recruitment-related activities for support staff, participating in training sessions to improve client engagement and product knowledge, and collaborating with team members to enhance process efficiency and client satisfaction.
