We're looking for a skilled Manager, Technology Consulting with expertise in Infor WMS to direct a multi-site Infor WMS platform rollout, managing every stage of deployment from planning and design through configuration, validation, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare support.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers on warehouse management best practices to achieve favorable business results
- Act as lead coordinator for implementation initiatives and supervise Infor WMS application configuration
- Handle the complete lifecycle of Infor WMS projects, spanning planning, implementation, and post-go-live support
- Manage configuration validation and documentation, typical inbound/outbound/inventory scenarios, interface testing, master-data-dependent testing, regression testing, mock cutover readiness, UAT defect fixes, high-volume operational testing, go-live readiness, and stabilization
- Advise clients on best practices covering warehouse/building setup, owners/storers, zones, areas, locations and location types, put-away, replenishment, allocation, waves,



task management and RF profiles, receiving and PO/ASN lifecycle, packing, picking, shipping/loading, returns and special/job processes, UOM/pack structures, inventory statuses/holds, and inventory cycle counting
- Complete tasks independently, prioritize workload among teams, and adapt swiftly within a fast-paced setting
- Guarantee that deliverables meet or surpass client quality standards while actively overseeing relevant quality controls
- Navigate ambiguous situations to bring clarity and organization throughout the project lifecycle
- Cultivate capability, best-practice expertise, and skill development within client teams
- Earn trust and respect from EPAM and client colleagues through supportive and dependable conduct
