As a Managed Services - AI Solution Developer, you will engage with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, requirements, and desired outcomes. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services. This role involves translating business needs into structured use cases, solution designs, user stories,



acceptance criteria, and success measures.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and mentor others, maintaining professional and technical standards. You will build meaningful client connections and develop a deeper understanding of the business context. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.
