We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and manage the responsibilities below.




- Function as a business partner for Project directors/ managers and advise them on setting up contract strategy and ensure contract management and strategy is enforced all along projects
- Development of internal contract deliverables like Contract Summary, Notices List, Actions List, Flow-down provisions for Subcontracts and Purchase Orders, etc., and apprising/ sensitizing Project Team members regarding contractual obligations, rights and entitlements.
- Initiate, draft and/or review, as the case may be, all incoming and outgoing correspondence with Clients and Partners for matters related to T.EN’s liabilities, risks and contractual rights, and also render support in making correspondence to subcontractors and vendors.
