Responsibilities
- Acquire new-to-bank business clients and actively manage a portfolio of growth-oriented corporate accounts.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities for treasury, cash management, trade finance, and lending solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
- Collaborate with product partners and risk teams to structure credit facilities and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Monitor portfolio performance, manage credit risk,



and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal bank policies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven track record in corporate relationship management, business development, or commercial banking.
- Strong knowledge of commercial banking products, including trade finance, cash management, treasury, and credit structuring.
- Excellent analytical, credit assessment, and financial analysis skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a solid commitment to compliance and risk management.
