ABOUT THE ROLE

The Product Operations Associate ensures smooth execution and continuous improvement of Noora Health’s ongoing programs. The role involves supporting tele trainers, monitoring quality of ongoing Mobile Care Companion Program, coordinating data sharing and reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and program delivery. This position offers exposure to operations, product processes, and stakeholder engagement in a social impact setting.

WHO WE ARE

YosAid Innovation Foundation works with health systems in India to promote creative healthcare practices and skills among the patients and their families.

As part of this effort, YosAid has partnered with Noora Health to implement the Care Companion Program in India and support Noora Health’s mission of strengthening health systems by equipping family caregivers with the knowledge and skills to care for their loved ones.

Noora Health turns hospital hallways and waiting rooms into classrooms by tapping into the most compassionate resources available for the patient’s care: their own family.

With support from governments and partners in India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and Nepal, Noora Health has trained more than 70 million caregivers and patients across 16,400+ facilities using their flagship caregiver education and training curriculum, the Care Companion Program (CCP).

In a cohort of patients, the CCP reduced post-surgical cardiac complications by 71%, maternal complications by 12%, newborn complications by 16%, and newborn mortality by 18%.
