Job Description - Application Engineer (Estimation & Proposals)

Job Responsibilities:
- Technical Solution:



Select suitable products and prepare application concepts, specifications and material recommendations to meet customer requirements in HPI/CPI, steel, aluminium, power, cement and other high-temperature industries.
- Project & Site Support: Provide technical support for site surveys, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and failure analysis.
- Estimation & Costing: Prepare accurate BOM/MTO, material take-offs, quantity calculations and cost estimates for CF, refractory and thermal insulation projects.
- Tender Management: Review RFQs, tender documents and specifications, identify deviations/clarifications and prepare bid submissions within timelines
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, conducting presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and applications of Alkegen’s materials.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and customer req
