HR department handles a range of different functions within an organization
like hiring and recruiting, training and development, compensation, developing
and overseeing employee benefits, promoting employee career development and
addressing current employee concerns. The HR Department is responsible for
finding talented manpower and placing them in right jobs in the Bank.

About the Role:

The
Talent Management Center of Excellence (COE) role involves designing and
anchoring of Talent Management initiatives. This role involves design and
execution of the Bank�s talent mobility initiatives in line with the HR
strategy.

Key Responsibilities

�
Design and implement policy, processes and programs for internal
mobility

�
Create career pathways for employees to facilitate horizontal
and vertical movements across the Bank

�
Develop assessment and certification journeys for employees to
facilitate mobility

�
Collaborate with all HR COEs to redesign policies and processes




in line with mobility objectives.

�
Drive change management for the program across the Bank,
collaborating with senior leaders

�
Develop a technology driven talent marketplace
