US Retirement Plan (401k) Recordkeeping. We support clients in transaction processing and other back end operations of retirement plans.




Responsible for accurate and productive processing of critical transactions for the participants /clients ; Transactions might include but not limited identify the type of transactions based on the - determine if the request is IGor Nil; Work with upstream and down stream process capture the right information; Code transactions in the system and communicate back with an update the client/ participant depending on the type of the transaction

Duties, Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
- Accurately and efficiently processes and performs analysis and entry of participant transaction requests and assigned tasks in EASY recordkeeping system

- Develops extensive job knowledge by applying written procedures, special handling, plan bulletins, tax charts and plan level set up rules.
- Maintain departmental established productivity and quality goals.
- Responsible for prioritization and completion of assigned tasks in accordance with Departmental, corporate, IRS, Department of Labor, FINRA and SEC regulations and requirements
- Designs and delivers clear, respectful communications across audience

- 1-4 years of similarly related experience in financial field, strongly preferred.
