Job Title: FUNDRAISING MANAGER (Retail & Institutional Partnerships)
Join Diya Ghar and help build partnerships that create lasting impact for children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with CSR companies, foundations, HNIs & donors
- Drive fundraising and crowdfunding campaigns
- Develop proposals and deliver persuasive pitches
- Handle donor reporting, compliance and documentation
- Collaborate with Program and Finance teams
- Lead and manage a team of ~ 10 members
Required Skills:
- 5+ years experience in CSR fundraising/partnerships
- Excellent communication, writing & negotiation skills
- Project management & attention to detail
