Eligibility:
- Graduation Mandatory
- 2+ Years of experience in Customer Handling / Telesales / Inside Sales
- Robust communication and customer relationship skills
- Candidates from Banking / BFSI / Financial Services preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships through phone and digital channels
- Generate leads and drive sales through calls
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products
- Follow up with customers and achieve sales targets
- Maintain regular customer interactions and ensure service quality
