nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a dependable Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director and other Directors. The role involves managing schedules, meetings, communication, and follow-ups to keep things running smoothly.

nKey Responsibilities & Expectations

n• Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Managing Director and Directors.
n• Coordinate internal and external communication.




n• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting summaries.
n• Track key tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
n• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

nSkills & Experience Required

n• Graduate with 2+ years of experience with good communication skills and a professional approach.
n• Solid coordination, communication, and multitasking skills.
n• Proficient in MS Office tools.
n• Reliable, organised, and professional approach.
n• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
