nMaximizing the effectiveness of the Engineering and Technology Department towards achieving organizational objectives by improving machine uptime, reliability, and speed through implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.

nSkills Required
nKey Responsibilities & Accountabilities

- Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) n

nPlan, schedule, execute, and monitor preventive maintenance programs
nEnsure healthy condition of all equipment, machinery, utilities, and assets
nBreakdown analysis and downtime component tracking
nDevelop correction time reduction strategies
nPredictive testing, inspection, and condition-based maintenance
nRegular supervision of plant machinery and feedback collection from operators/production in-charges
nPost-maintenance testing and proactive maintenance
nMachine lifecycle understanding, trending, FMEA
nCollaboration with innovation teams for design-out maintenance

nShift and workload management of engineers and technicians
nInventory and cost control
nChecklist implementation and quality control initiatives
nIdentify and escalate training needs of self and team

- Spares & Consumables Management n

nIdentification and forecasting of spare parts
nInventory analysis and inspection
nIndent tracking and spares approval
nReplacement and reconditioning of worn-out spares
nVendor liaison and vendor development
nAMC follow-up and coordination with accounts, production, and procurement/logistics
nEscalation of critical challenges

nTrack, analyze, and improve maintenance KPIs
nDaily/weekly reporting to management
nMaintain records of PM status, Kaizens, improvements, and issues faced
