A fast-growing consumer technology company is expanding its manufacturing and refurbishment operations through a strategic OEM partner in Bangalore . A significant proportion of the company's device assembly is currently carried out at this OEM facility. The scope of operations is now being expanded to include refurbishment activities and in-house manufacturing of plastic cabinets through injection moulding . We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Plant Operations Manager / OEM Operations Lead who will act as the company's dedicated representative at the OEM facility and take end-to-end ownership of operations . The role will involve overseeing the complete operational ecosystem at the facility—from procurement coordination and supplier management to assembly, refurbishment, injection moulding, quality, cost management and adherence to company SOPs . The individual will be responsible for ensuring that the OEM facility consistently delivers against expected standards of quality, cost, delivery, efficiency and operational discipline .

Education Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Tool & Die Making, Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical discipline.
