The role involves configuring and extending ERPNext/Frappe, integrating systems, and building automated workflows for production, inventory, quality, subcontracting, and costing. The ideal candidate will combine robust manufacturing process knowledge with hands-on expertise in ERP architecture, Python, APIs, integrations, and workflow automation. Manufacturing Process Architecture Analyse manufacturing processes together with operational stakeholders and translate them into scalable digital workflows. Design the target operating model for: raw materials; components; bills of materials; production routing; workstations; production orders; work-in-progress; subcontracted operations; quality control; rework; finished goods; inventory; costing; traceability. Identify process gaps, manual activities and opportunities for automation. 2. ERPNext / Frappe Architecture Configure and extend ERPNext / Frappe to support the manufacturing model. Own the architecture of: Items and Item Groups; Units of Measure; Warehouses; Bills of Materials; Multi-level BOMs; Routing; Operations; Workstations; Work Orders; Job Cards; Production Planning; Material Requests; Stock Entries; Subcontracti
