reporting and business analytics for its growing India operations. This is significantly broader than a general accounting role. The person will take ownership of core finance operations and controls while strengthening management reporting, financial analysis, compliance and process maturity. The role calls for a hands-on finance leader who can move comfortably between accounting accuracy, financial governance and business insight. As Kaygen scales its India operations, this role offers the chance to help build a finance function that is controlled, analytical, scalable and increasingly technology-enabled.
