POSITION DETAILS : Position: US Accounts Executive Openings: 2 Experience: Freshers Only Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Employment Type: Full-Time Work Shift: U.S. Night Shift | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM Languages: English, Telugu & Hindi JOB SUMMARY : The selected candidates will receive hands-on exposure to U.S. Accounting processes, QuickBooks, payroll, invoicing, timesheet management, financial documentation, and MIS reporting . We are looking for candidates who are willing to learn, have good attention to detail, and are interested in developing their careers in U.S. Accounting. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Learn and work on QuickBooks and U.S. Accounting processes . • Assist with payroll management and payroll processing . • Maintain accurate payroll and financial records. • Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel . • Assist with invoicing and timesheet management .



• Maintain financial documentation and accounting records. • Assist with data entry and reconciliation of financial information. • Support payment follow-ups and account-related activities. • Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounting and payroll requirements. • Support day-to-day U.S. Accounting operations . • Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks. ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONS • Freshers Only • MBA (Finance) preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, B.Com, BBA Finance, M.Com , or any finance-related field. • Basic understanding of accounting concepts . • Basic knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage. • Good written and verbal English communication skills . • Telugu and Hindi communication skills required. • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. • Must be comfortable working in the U.S. Night Shift .
