Role Overview & Experience Required:

- Responsible for design & execution of formulation projects across India region from concept to commercialisation of the facility/project in both brownfield & greenfield sitesn
- Must have exposure for various dosage forms especially in sterile operationsn
- Candidate must be aware of the complete line balancing & capacity calculations for various manufacturing linesn
- Should be able to generate & implement various cost saving & energy efficient systems at all manufacturing locationsn
- Must be aware of all mandatory statutory requirements to be fulfilled at manufacturing locationsn
- Should have positive knowledge of major process equipment’s & capable of budgeting for projectsn
- Should have flare to work under strict budget controls.n
- Thorough knowledge of the various regulatory guidelines meeting the cGMP norms and should be able to put in the requirements in the layout & concept of the plant.n
- Should have detailed knowledge & experience of designing and also evaluation of the design documents submitted by various consultants.n
- Should be well versed with the budgeting process for the projectsn

- Government bodies for various statutory compliances including IBR officials, Factory inspectors, Electricity boards officials & PCB officialsn

- End user for all manufacturing plants.n
- Quality department for various qualifications of process & utility equipment’s along with facility.n
- EHS department so as to ensure & enforce strict ZERO incidents at all project sites.n

nEducational Qualifications
n
- n
- BE/B Tech in Electrical/Civil from reputed college with minimum 70% of degreen
n
nExperience
n
- n
- 8+ years of Pharmaceutical industry in various dosage forms.n
- Must have worked on Sterile operations & have knowledge of aseptic operations.n
