Job Summary nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Associate to manage day-to-day accounting operations, tax compliance, and financial record-keeping. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling GST and TDS compliance, coordinating with vendors and customers, and supporting management with financial reporting and operational accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities Accounting & Financial Operations n

- Responsible for day-to-day accounting, tax compliance,



and financial record-keepingn
- Maintain books of accounts in Zoho Books including:n
- Purchase entriesn
- Sales entriesn
- Receipts and paymentsn
- Journal entriesn
- Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basisn
- Manage accounts payable and receivablen
- Follow up on outstanding customer paymentsn
- Maintain petty cash and expense recordsn
- Raise sales invoices, debit notes, and credit notesn
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgersn
- Filing and documentation of financial recordsn

GST, TDS & Compliance n
- n
- Prepare and file GST returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9n
- Reconcile GSTR-2A/2B with purchase registern
- Assist in TDS deduction, deposit, and return filingn
- Manage e-way bill generation wherever requiredn
- Ensure compliance with accounting and taxation regulationsn
