JOB DESCRIPTION – RESTAURANT MANAGER

Position: Restaurant Manager – Operations & Business Development

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and business-oriented Restaurant Manager to take complete responsibility for the day-to-day operations and business growth of our restaurant branches in Chennai.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing restaurant operations, driving sales and profitability, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening the brand’s presence through social media, influencers, and local marketing initiatives .
The candidate should have strong knowledge of the Chennai F&B; market and established contacts with food influencers, content creators, and local promotional networks .
Key Responsibilities
Restaurant Operations
- Take complete responsibility for the smooth and effective operation of assigned restaurant branches.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, ambience, and customer experience .




- Manage and motivate restaurant staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, performance monitoring, and discipline.
- Monitor daily sales, expenses, inventory, wastage, and operational costs.
- Ensure proper stock control, purchase coordination, and reduction of food and material wastage.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, POS operations, and daily closing procedures.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Implement and maintain restaurant SOPs and operational standards across branches.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, safety, and statutory requirements.

Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Take ownership of sales and revenue growth for the assigned restaurant branches.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer footfall, repeat customers, average order value, and overall profitability .
- Identify new revenue opportunities, promotion
