nJob responsibilities
n
- n
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Citrix CVAD components including Delivery Controllers, VDAs, StoreFront, Studio, and Director.n
- Perform application publishing, VDA registration checks, and basic image updates.n
- Manage user sessions, profile issues (Citrix UPM, FSLogix), and login performancen
- Perform basic NetScaler Gateway and load balancing configuration checks.n
- Monitor health status, SSL certificate expiry, and HA pair status.n




- Escalate major NetScaler configuration changes or advanced troubleshooting to L3.n
- Manage user accounts, security groups, and permissions in Active Directory.n
- Troubleshoot Group Policy (GPO) application issues.n
- Perform DNS record checks and updates; coordinate DHCP reservations as required.n
- Proactively monitor system health and performance using Citrix Director and other tools.n
- Handle incidents, service requests, and changes per ITIL process guidelines.n
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the knowledge base.n
- Work closely with L3 engineers for escalated cases.n
- Coordinate with networking, storage, and security teams for issue resolution.n
- Support planned maintenance activities, patching, and system updates.n
