This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Bilingual Sales & Customer Service Representative based in India.

This remote, phone-first role combines sales, customer service, scheduling, and administrative coordination within a growing education services business. You will manage inbound inquiries, follow up with prospective students, and convert leads into scheduled and paid driving lessons. Your ability to communicate confidently in both English and Spanish will be essential when explaining packages, handling objections, and supporting families. You will also coordinate lesson schedules across instructors and a limited vehicle fleet while ensuring required documentation is complete. The role offers a varied day-to-day environment where strong organization, persistence, and customer communication directly contribute to growth and retention. You will work independently while helping strengthen operational processes as the business continues to scale.

Accountabilities




- Handle a steady volume of inbound calls from prospective students, explaining services, packages, pricing, and inclusions clearly in English or Spanish.
- Make outbound calls to leads, previous inquiries, and prospective students who have not yet enrolled.
- Follow up with students who have completed the classroom portion of Driver's Education and convert them into scheduled and paid driving lessons.
- Address objections related to pricing, scheduling, and customer hesitation with patience, confidence, and persistence.
- Present package perks and pricing persuasively and close sales in either English or Spanish.
- Communicate student progress to parents and identify appropriate opportunities to recommend additional lessons or packages.
- Coordinate driving lesson schedules across a limited vehicle fleet and instructors with varying availability and employment arrangements.
