nQualification & Experience

- B. Tech / BE/MCAn
- 4-7 years of relevant experiencen
- Proven ability to plan and execute workload in a pressurized & dynamic environment.n
- ITIL Certified or a solid working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Management disciplines.n

- User management and maintenance of all database users like granting a subset of privileges as per client’s policy.n
- Resolving User related queries in Production and Test Databases.n
- As per client request creating recent users and assigning profiles in production databases.n
- Monthly purging activity to gain database level space improvementn
- Archival activity for performance improvement.n
- Performance monitoring, Database installation, and configurationn
- Schedule RMAN backup and monitor RMAN status of all production databases.n
- Monitoring the uptime of all production & staging databases including sbi.co.in ,MAB and SMS databasesn
- Monitoring Database and listener status for Production and DR side.n
