nAbout the Role:




nThe NOC + SOC Lead will be responsible for leading 24x7 Network and Security Operations, ensuring service availability, security monitoring, incident response, and operational excellence. The role will manage a team of 14 analysts, provide technical leadership, handle major incidents, drive SLA compliance, and act as the primary customer escalation point.

- Lead and manage 24x7 NOC and SOC operations.n
- Ensure continuous monitoring, alert triage, and incident management.n
- Manage shift coverage, resource planning, and operational governance.n
- Drive SLA, KPI, and service quality compliance.n
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly operational reviews.n
