About the Role:

We are looking for a energetic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our Sales team at AIRIQ B2B Online. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and converting business opportunities, engaging with travel agents and B2B clients, promoting our travel solutions, and driving revenue through effective relationship management and sales activities.

The candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, leads, references, and other sales channels.
- Connect with travel agents, agencies, and B2B travel partners to understand their requirements.
- Promote AIRIQ B2B Online’s travel products, services, and technology solutions.
- Handle inbound leads and convert qualified prospects into active business accounts.




- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to drive lead conversion and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and B2B clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Conduct product/service demonstrations and explain features, benefits, pricing, and processes.
- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and client interactions in the CRM/system.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Product, Support, and Finance to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Resolve basic client queries and ensure timely escalation
