Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Distribution Sales qualified to drive business across Delhi/NCR for Wires & Cables, Switchgear, Lighting and allied Electrical Products.

This is not a conventional retail sales or pure distributor-management role.

The candidate must be capable of creating project business and getting the resulting orders billed through the company's dealer/distributor network:

Project Identification → Contractor/Consultant Engagement → Specification/Approval → Enquiry → Negotiation → Dealer Billing → Project Supply

The role will focus on developing business with Electrical Contractors, MEP Contractors, Builders, Developers,



Consultants and Institutional Customers, with billing routed through the company's Dealers / Distributors.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop project-driven sales across Delhi/NCR for Electrical Products.
- Identify and develop opportunities with:
- Electrical & MEP Contractors / Builders & Developers
- EPC Companies
- Electrical Consultants / Architects
- Industrial & Institutional Customers
- Generate project enquiries and convert them into orders.
- Ensure project billing is routed through appointed Dealers / Distributors.
- Develop relationships with dealers/distributors handling project supplies.
- Coordinate between customers, contractors, dealers and internal teams for quotation, order booking, dispatch and payment.
- Track projects from lead generation → specification → enquiry → negotiation → order → billing → delivery.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through project distribution.
