About the Role:

We are looking for a software engineer to join Crowd Strike's global Tech Ops CICD Software Delivery Automation (SDA) team. You will collaborate with a high-performing, cross-functional team to design, build, and optimize CI/CD workflows that power software delivery for millions of customers worldwide. This role focuses on CI/CD pipeline reliability, developer experience, and automation at enterprise scale.

What You'll Do:
Design & Build : Develop scalable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code solutions using modern Dev Ops toolchains
Developer Experience : Create self-service tools and frameworks within the CI/CD space that reduce developer toil and accelerate delivery cycles
Reliability Engineering : Implement monitoring, alerting, and automated remediation for our owned services
Collaboration : Partner with engineering teams to establish best practices and provide technical guidance through pipeline creation and optimization.

What You'll Need:

Required Qualifications
Programming Skills : Strong coding abilities using an OOP language (i.e. Python, Java,



Groovy, or GO)
6+ years of Dev Ops experience with a strong focus on software development.
CI/CD Expertise : Hands-on experience with Git Lab CI, Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or similar platforms within an enterprise environment.
Containerization : Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
Cloud Platforms : Working knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure services and architecture patterns
Version Control : SCM experience including advanced Git workflows and branching strategies (Bitbucket, Gitlab)

Preferred Qualifications
Monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Logscale)

Experience with Git Ops methodologies (Argo CD, Flux)
Experience with Ia C solutions such as Terraform, Cloud Formation, or Pulumi
