Role Overview: BHIVE Alts is scaling its fund-raising efforts and is looking for Pre-Sales Interns to drive the top of our sales funnel. The role involves outbound calling to prospects sourced via HubSpot and other channels, introducing them to BHIVE Alts' investment instruments — CCDs, CCPS, and OCDs — qualifying investor interest, and handing off warm leads to our Investment Managers for conversion. This is a high-energy, target-driven internship designed for recent college pass-outs who enjoy talking to people and want hands-on exposure to investment sales.

nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Make outbound calls to leads sourced via HubSpot and other channels to introduce our investment offerings.n
- Qualify leads and follow up to gauge and build investment interest.n
- Follow up with investors accurately and mark feedback/remarks in the CRM, maintaining a regular follow-up cadence.n
- Schedule qualified prospect calls/meetings for the relevant Investment Manager.n
- Follow up on leads that need nurturing before they are handed over for conversion.n




- Coordinate closely with Investment Managers to ensure smooth, timely lead handovers.n
- Handle CRM documentation accurately and keep records up to date.n
- Interact with leads/investors on a regular basis to keep them engaged through the funnel.n
- Meet daily and weekly calling volume and qualified-lead targets.n

- Must be a college pass-out (completed graduation); this internship is not open to candidates currently pursuing their degree.n
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; working knowledge of Hindi or a regional language is a plus.n
- Freshers welcome; prior experience in tele-calling or pre-sales is an added advantage but not mandatory.n
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and handling objections/rejection professionally.n
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools; prior HubSpot exposure preferred but not mandatory.n
