nVentures Integrated Communications is hiring an experienced Social Media Manager to manage a large-scale Government social media and digital communication mandate.
n

nLocation: Recent Delhi – Designated Government Office
nWork Mode: On-site
nWorking Hours: Monday–Sunday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
nExperience: 6+ years
n

Key Responsibilitiesn
- n
- Develop and manage social media strategy, content calendars and publishing across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and YouTube.n
- Manage high-volume content including static posts, carousels, reels, infographics, videos, campaigns and live event coverage.n
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with Government communication guidelines.n
- Supervise the Social Media/ORM team and coordinate with Government officials, PMIS, creative and content teams.n
- Manage stakeholder engagement, moderation and timely escalation of queries/issues.n
- Analyse KPIs including reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, video views, watch time and sentiment.n
- Prepare daily,



weekly and monthly MIS reports, dashboards and performance insights.n
- Support YouTube content strategy, video production/editing and YouTube Live.n
- Develop, update and refine existing and new pitch presentations/PPT decks for business and client requirements.n
- Maintain content archives, audit trails and documentation.n
- Support campaign strategy, review meetings and communication/IEC initiatives.n

Content Requirementsn
- n
- 400+ monthly posts across LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Instagram, as per applicable requirements.n
- 10 YouTube posts/month.n
- Reels, static posts, carousels, infographics and campaign content.n
- 1 podcast/month with teasers and promotional reels.n
- Event promotions, expert sessions and live-streaming support.n

Mandatory Qualifications & Experiencen
- n
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or MBA in any discipline from a recognised university.n
