Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled PLM Analyst to support and enhance the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) ecosystem across vehicle development and manufacturing functions. The role will be responsible for managing PLM applications, supporting engineering teams, driving process improvements, and ensuring seamless integration between PLM and enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and administer PLM platforms such as Teamcenter, Windchill, 3DEXPERIENCE, or Enovia.
- Manage product structures, BOMs (Bill of Materials), engineering changes, and document management processes.
- Collaborate with Engineering, R&D;, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management teams.
- Configure workflows, user roles, lifecycle states, and access controls within PLM systems.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into PLM solutions.




- Support integration between PLM, ERP (SAP), ALM, MES, and other enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors and implementation partners.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data migration activities.
- Ensure data governance, compliance, and system performance.
- Provide end-user training and support.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of PLM concepts, Product Data Management (PDM), BOM Management, and Engineering Change Management (ECM/ECR/ECO).
- Siemens Teamcenter
- PTC Windchill
- Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA
- Knowledge of automotive product development processes.
- Experience in PLM integrations with SAP ERP and downstream systems.
- Understanding of CAD integrations (CATIA, NX, Creo, SolidWorks).
- Positive analytical and stakeholder management skills.
