Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in partner management, business development, management consulting, or corporate sales.
- 4 years of experience within the Indian e-commerce, digital retail, direct-to-consumer, or marketplace ecosystem.
- Experience in initiating, negotiating, structuring, and facilitating commercial agreements and partnerships.
- Experience collaborating with executives (C-level/VP), and across cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, Marketing).

Preferred qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of the India commerce landscape, including consumer tech trends, omnichannel retail, payment ecosystems, and digital infrastructure.
- Proven ability to build data-driven partnership growth strategies, financial models, and multi-quarter joint business plans.




- Exceptional communication and executive presence, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across matrixed global organizations.
- Solid product and technical fluency with e-commerce systems (APIs, catalog integrations, merchant feeds, and order management platforms).
