Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Lead to lead the planning, execution,



and successful delivery of business and technology transformation initiatives. The role will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and governance standards.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, development teams, vendors, and leadership teams to deliver projects that drive operational excellence, data transformation, process improvement, and business value. The role requires strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and project management capabilities to ensure successful project outcomes across complex and cross-functional environments.
Experience in delivering Data Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), Analytics, SAP, and SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives will be an added advantage.
