Job Summary




- Southwest’s DevOps Tooling & Pipelines Pod operates the shared platforms behind the enterprise software supply chain. The team supports secure, reliable delivery through Nexus Repository, SonarQube, Amazon ECR, cloud-native platform engineering, CI/CD automation, and developer self-service capabilities used across the technology organization.
- As Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer, you’ll design, build, and operate production-grade DevSecOps capabilities that improve both security and developer productivity. You’ll apply deep experience with Git-based pipelines, AWS cloud engineering, Docker and Kubernetes or ECS, Terraform or CloudFormation, and security practices such as SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets management, vulnerability management, and RBAC. You’ll also solve reliability, observability, performance, high-availability, and disaster-recovery challenges across large-scale engineering platforms.
