The Role
As a Junior Architect at Alora Designs,



you'll work across the full lifecycle of a project — from early concept sketches through design development, working drawings, and on-site coordination during construction. You'll report directly to the founder, giving you a level of mentorship and design exposure that's rare at this stage of a career. This is architectural design work, not just drafting: you'll be expected to think, question, and contribute ideas from day one.

What You'll Do
- Develop architectural design concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, from early sketches through design development
- Prepare working drawings and construction drawings — plans, sections, elevations, and detailed junctions
- Research and specify materials, finishes, and construction details in collaboration with senior architects
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design consultants to ensure design intent carries through to execution
