nAbout the Role
nHomesara Decor is looking for a confident and highly motivated Architect & Interior Designer Relationship Executive to develop new business through architects, interior designers and design firms across Mumbai.
nThe primary responsibility will be to identify new architects/interior designers, meet them personally, build professional relationships, generate project enquiries and convert them into Homesara business.
nThis is a Business Development + Field Sales + Relationship Management position.

nKey Responsibilities

- Identify recent architects and interior designers across Mumbai.n
- Visit architecture and interior-design offices/studios personally.n
- Introduce Homesara Decor, our products, services and designer benefits.n




- Develop strong long-term professional relationships with architects and interior designers.n
- Understand their current requirements, vendors, product preferences and project needs.n
- Present Homesara's product range, pricing, service and special offers.n
- Convince architects/interior designers to give Homesara an opportunity for their upcoming projects.n
- Generate new project enquiries and sales opportunities.n
- Follow up continuously on enquiries, quotations and upcoming projects.n
- Convert architect/designer relationships into regular business.n
- Maintain and develop a database of architects, interior designers and design firms.n
- Coordinate with the internal sales team for quotations, samples, measurements and project execution.n
- Maintain all meetings, leads, enquiries and follow-ups in the CRM.n
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market trends.n
- Achieve monthly business-development and sales targets.n
