Manager – Sales

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales activities for the assigned region/segment, with ownership of revenue and order targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business, expand market presence, and achieve business objectives.
- Identify current leads, opportunities, consultants, contractors, and potential customers, and drive the complete sales cycle from enquiry to order closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, and strategic accounts.
- Understand customer technical and commercial requirements and ensure appropriate product and solution positioning.
- Lead client meetings, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of techno-commercial offers, quotations, tenders, and proposals in coordination with internal teams.
- Coordinate with Estimation, Design, Production, Quality, Service, and other internal functions to ensure accurate proposals and smooth execution of orders.
- Monitor the sales pipeline,



enquiry status, order conversion, revenue projections, and business forecasts, and take corrective action where required.
- Track competitor activities, pricing trends, market developments, customer requirements, and emerging business opportunities to support sales strategy.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion, new customers, new segments, and strategic accounts.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, technical seminars, customer events, and industry forums to strengthen market presence.
- Ensure effective coordination between customers and internal departments for timely execution of projects and fulfilment of commitments.
- Monitor delivery schedules, logistics, installation, and project-related commitments in coordination with relevant internal teams.
- Drive timely payment follow-ups and support the team in ensuring closure of outstanding commercial transactions.
