Key Responsibilities

/n

- Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth: Drive sales strategies and maximize passenger yields across foreign airline partners through route performance analysis, seasonal capacity planning, and targeted market penetration.
/n
- Trade & Distribution Partnerships: Expand and nurture high-value relationships with key travel trade networks, OTAs, TMCs, corporate clients, and MICE organizers.
/n
- HQ Alignment & Reporting: Serve as the primary commercial contact for partner airlines, aligning global brand objectives with localized sales campaigns, real-time market intelligence, and dynamic pricing strategies.

- Leadership & Channel Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team across regions, managing KPI performance, sales execution, and agency incentive structures.

- Market Expansion & Business Development: Identify new international airline representation accounts and passenger GSA growth opportunities across the region.

Qualifications & Experience

/n

/n
- 10–15+ years of proven commercial leadership experience in passenger airlines, airline GSA operations, or aviation sales management.
/n
- Strong, active network across the Indian and South Asian travel trade, OTA, and corporate travel ecosystems.
/n
- Deep understanding of airline revenue management, GDS/NDC distribution channels, route-level yield optimization, and market analytics.
/n
- Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, managing multi-region teams, and leading top-tier airline client accounts.
