nRole Overview
nAs Project Manager, you'll be the bridge between planning and execution —
ncoordinating artists, venues, ticketing partners, and volunteers to deliver warm
nand seamless guest experiences.
nResponsibilities

- Plan & run OUI events end-to-end (baithaks, mehfils, tours).n
- Coordinate with artists, venues, vendors, and ticketing partners.n
- Lead guest experience — registration desks, ticketing, seating flow, VIPn

nhandling.

- n
- Manage ticketing backend (BMS/Wix/Insider), guest queries, and refunds.n
- Supervise volunteers and ETMs on-ground.n




- Support sponsorship decks, PR collaterals, and post-event reports.n
