- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates.n
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent.n
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.n
- Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.n
- Offer Management: Prepare and extend offer letters to selected candidates, negotiating terms as necessary.n
- Onboarding:



Facilitate the onboarding process for current hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and helping them integrate into the team.n
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.n
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).n
- Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand and culture through various channels to attract potential candidates.n
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.n
