nRole Description The Information Technology Support and System Super User is a full-time, hybrid role based in Delhi, India, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day technical and help desk support to internal users,



ensuring that desktop computers, systems, and applications run smoothly. The position involves diagnosing and resolving , software, and network issues, escalating complex problems when needed, and maintaining accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
nThe System Super User will also act as a key point of contact for specific internal systems, guiding users on best practices, assisting with configurations, and supporting system updates and rollouts. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to improve IT processes, enhance user experience, and maintain a secure and reliable technology environment.
