Purpose of the Role:

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding and induction activities for new joiners.
- Ensure completion of joining formalities and documentation.
- Support employee transfers, promotions, confirmations, and separations.
- Coordinate exit clearances and facilitate timely Full & Final (FNF) settlements
- Monitor employee attendance, shift allocation, and rostering.
- Ensure timely closure of attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with payroll and business teams for attendance-related corrections.
- Monitor overtime, absenteeism, and manpower-related reports.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to working hours and leave records.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee HR queries.
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, MDM, IT, Admin, and L&D; teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure adherence to defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Track and close employee requests within agreed timelines.
- Facilitate implementation of training calendars at the location.




- Coordinate nominations, attendance, logistics, and feedback collection.
- Track completion of mandatory compliance and functional training programs.
- Support induction and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Act as the interface between location leadership and central team.
- Escalate critical issues and provide timely status updates.
- Drive implementation of HR initiatives at the location
