This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of procurement operations, order fulfilment, logistics, and import/export activities supporting both Aggreko India's manufacturing operations and the Global Supply Hub. The role ensures that approved demand is converted into purchase orders, supplier commitments are effectively managed, and materials are delivered on time to support production, project, and customer requirements globally. The position serves as the central coordination point between Category Management, Suppliers, Operations, Planning, Logistics, EXIM, and Global Business stakeholders to ensure seamless material flow and superior service performance

What you’ll do:
- Operational Procurement Leadership:
Leading and managing a team of Operational Buyers to ensure timely conversion of demand into purchase orders, monitoring supplier commitments, and driving material availability to support production schedules.
- Global Order Management: Centralized coordination and proactive management of global orders from India-based suppliers, ensuring accurate tracking and driving On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance.
- Supply Chain & Logistics Management: Leading domestic and international logistics operations, overseeing inbound and outbound transportation, optimizing costs, and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of materials and finished goods.
- EXIM & Trade Compliance: Managing import and export operations, documentation, and customs compliance, ensuring adherence to international trade regulations and optimizing duties.
