Role Summary

We are seeking agile and customer-focused professionals for our Lead Generation Sales Process. The incumbent will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers through outbound calls, identifying customer needs, driving sales conversions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach,



and the ability to achieve predefined sales and productivity targets.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.

Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions based on their needs.

Drive sales conversions, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue generation.

Build rapport with customers and deliver a positive customer experience through professional interactions.

Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Educate customers on available products, services, offers, and value propositions.

Utilize client systems, CRM tools, and applications to manage customer interactions and sales activities.

Accurately document customer conversations, sales outcomes, and case details in the relevant systems.
