About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Scan to BIM / BIM ACS Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Scan-to-BIM, point-cloud processing, and BIM modeling. The candidate will be responsible for converting laser scan/point-cloud data into accurate and coordinated BIM models and drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and analyze LiDAR / laser scan / point-cloud data.
- Develop accurate Scan-to-BIM models from point clouds and survey data.
- Create and modify BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP elements as required.
- Work with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and relevant BIM/point-cloud software.
- Prepare BIM models according to LOD and project-specific standards.
- Perform model validation and quality checks against point-cloud data.
- Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Identify discrepancies, clashes,



and modeling issues.
- Prepare BIM drawings, sections, elevations, schedules, and documentation where required.
- Follow project BIM standards, naming conventions, templates, and workflows.
- Coordinate with project managers, survey teams, engineers, and clients.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of models throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Scan-to-BIM / BIM modeling.
- Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
- Experience working with Point Cloud / RCP / RCS data.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks.
- Understanding of BIM workflows, modeling standards, and LOD.
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Good understanding of construction and building components.
- Robust attention to detail and model accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
