Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to drive customer acquisition and generate qualified leads through various sourcing channels. The candidate will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, managing lead-generation activities, developing channel relationships, and converting prospects into site visits and bookings.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through direct sourcing, digital leads, references, databases, corporate tie-ups, and other channels.
- Drive the complete sourcing funnel from lead generation → qualification → site visit → negotiation → booking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Channel Partners, brokers, property consultants, and other external sourcing networks.
- Identify new sourcing opportunities and expand the company's customer acquisition network.
- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, CRM,



and Pre-Sales teams to improve lead conversion.
- Monitor daily and monthly lead, site visit, booking, and conversion targets.
- Conduct regular market intelligence and competitor analysis.
- Maintain accurate MIS and provide regular reports on sourcing performance.
- Track lead quality, source-wise conversion, cost of acquisition, and revenue contribution.
- Plan and execute customer activation activities, broker meets, property events, referral campaigns, and corporate presentations.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and coordinate with the sales team for effective conversion.
- Build a robust database of prospective customers and maintain long-term relationships.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sourcing and booking targets.
