Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive manual test strategies and plans for Salesforce Certinia projects. • Define test scope, objectives, and timelines for Certinia implementations. • Analyze business requirements and technical specifications related to professional services and financial processes to create detailed test scenarios and test cases. • Lead and mentor a team of manual testers focused on the Certinia platform. • Assign tasks, manage workload, and provide guidance and support to the testing team. • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. • Oversee the execution of manual test cases across various Certinia modules (e.g.,
